DHA LEVEL 2 SERVICES

No Visa Submissions under level 2 specified in Gazette dated 25/8.20.

Under Level 2 the DHA shall assist with the following additional services:

  1. Applications for 1st issue of Identity Documents;
  2. Applications for Identity Documents by people who received Temporary Identity Certificates over the national state of disaster and whose certificates have expired;
  3. Applications for amendments of personal particulars;
  4. Applications for rectifications of personal particulars;
  5. Back Office records retrieval services.

Temporary Identity Certificates not yet expired are extended to 31 October 2020.
